Maddy Chiu

M. Sp.Path CPSP - Speech Pathologist

Yi-An (Maddy) is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working together with families and supporting them in achieving positive communication outcome for children and adults.

Maddy believes that therapy should be fun and engaging so that the kids can enjoy learning and feel empowered to reach their full potential. She has a keen interest in working with young children who have speech difficulties and children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder. Maddy has completed training in Hanen - More Than Words, PECS, LAMP, and Lidcombe Program.

Maddy also has experience working with adults with a neurological condition (e.g., Parkinson’s disease) and is a LSVT-LOUD (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) certified clinician.

Maddy strives to support culturally and linguistically diverse clients and their families to ensure holistic care is provided.
